In this study reinforced concrete multi-story buildings have been modeled

by using Sta4-Cad and Sap2000 packaged programs and the results of calculations

have been compared for vertical loads and horizontal earthquake loads cases.

Earthquake forces that is affected to buildings, irregularities and earthquake controls

have been done. Static results as stipulated by DBYBHY-2007 were compared. Sta4-

Cad program in reference to floor mass the same data is also used in Sap2000
